Crystal Cozma and Kevin Perrey have been long-time volunteers for the School Community Council (SCC) of École Connaught Community School. For nearly a decade, these two have taken on many volunteer roles.
For Crystal, she has been the Chair of the Playground Committee, as well as the Treasurer, Vice-Chairperson and now serves as Chairperson of the Connaught School Community Council (SCC). Kevin has volunteered on the Playground Committee, as an SCC member at large and is now the Treasurer of the Connaught SCC.
These two are incredible anchors for the SCC and have contributed in so many ways over many years. The fundraising they have led has supported field trips, library resources, digital programs (such as Mathletics and RazKids) for students, technology, playground equipment, outdoor benches, heart monitors, score boards, school jerseys and more!
Crystal and Kevin have also helped lead Pride barbecues, book fairs and many other awesome engagement opportunities for the students, staff and families in the community.
Thank you, Crystal and Kevin! It is volunteers such as yourselves who help make our schools amazing.
