November 26, 2021 -- Regina Public Schools continues its commitment to promote the health and safety of students and employees and to provide and maintain a safe work and learning environment for all. The Government of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Health Authority have recommended vaccinations for those who are eligible as one way to minimize COVID-19 risk to citizens.
As of November 29, 2021, proof of vaccination, or recent negative COVID-19 test, will be required for all who enter a Regina Public Schools building. This requirement does not apply to students.
This requirement is outlined in Administrative Procedure 140 – COVID-19 Vaccination. Please review details and definitions on that document if you have any questions. Read it here.
The requirement to demonstrate proof of full vaccination, or recent negative COVID-19 test will apply to parents, the public, volunteers and others who may enter a school, with some exceptions.
