May 3, 2021 -- The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) has set May 3-9, 2021 for Mental Health Week. This year’s theme is “Name it; don’t numb it.” The idea is to understand emotions by naming, expressing and dealing with how we truly feel, as it is this process that will help in supporting our mental health.
