Pride 2021

MAY 28, 2021 -- Throughout Saskatchewan, June is known as Gender and Sexual Diversity Pride Month! It is a time when the world’s 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and allies come together to celebrate acceptance, human rights and diversity.

In Regina Public Schools, it is important that we demonstrate our Shared Values that include belonging and respect. As a school division, we are committed to ensuring that schools and workplaces are inclusive and protected environments where 2SLGBTQIA+ staff, students, families and allies feel included, protected and respected.

Introducing Edsby

May 4, 2021 -- Regina Public Schools is excited to introduce Edsby to all staff, students and parents/guardians. Edsby is a comprehensive digital learning platform that will replace the PowerSchool Parent Portal this summer. Parents/guardians will be able to use Edsby to keep up with what’s happening with their children at school and to remain active in the education of their children.

Parents/guardians are asked to please CLICK HERE for an important document that contains the step-by-step instructions that need to be completed by June 1st.

In-class Learning to Resume on May 3

April 26, 2021 -- Following consultations and recommendations from Regina Medical Health Officers (RMHO), Regina Public Schools will be returning to in-class learning on Monday, May 3, 2021.

The decision to return to in-class learning follows information from RMHO showing a “distinct reduction” in new infection in both elementary and high school-aged students. RMHO supports the return to in-class learning and continues to monitor case trends.

We are now on Facebook!

April 20, 2021 -- Regina Public Schools is now on Facebook. We look forward to seeing school families, friends and the public following the page. The page is managed by the Communications department and will be moderated for content, much like our websites and Twitter account.

Public feedback is appreciated, as is your patience as we learn to manage this new to us (old) social media platform.

Respectful conversation is appreciated and comments that do not respect The Shared Values will be deleted. The Shared Values are I Belong, I Respect, I am Responsible and I Want to Know.
